Job Duties
- Develop instructional materials aligned with identified learning objectives, course competencies, and instructional interventions to support student self-service and virtual one-to-many events.
- Provide effective, relevant, and engaging one-to-many virtual events aligned with identified learning objectives.
- Continuously develop knowledge and expertise through faculty learning communities and other developmental opportunities.
- Provide proactive, relevant, timely, and effective one-to-one virtual instruction to students in a specific course or domain.
- Facilitate student communities to support peer collaboration, faculty interaction, and student development.
- Provide student-centered, one-to-one virtual coaching to help students achieve personal, academic, and career goals.
- Adapt instructional and coaching practices to common student needs.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Subject-matter expertise in the assigned course(s)/domain(s).
- Knowledge of how student characteristics interact with different learning needs in the course(s)/domain(s).
- Strong communication skills to moderate online student communities and encourage engagement and learning.
- Ability to use data from student profiles and interactions to identify individual needs.
- Respect for diverse perspectives and experiences.
- Ability to adapt resources and instructional plans for individual or group needs.
- Ability to apply adult learning principles to build student competency in virtual one-to-one settings.

- Skill in using data to identify students needing proactive support and tailoring outreach accordingly.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field (Doctorate preferred). Education must be from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Higher Education teaching marketing fundamentals and marketing management; online distance-based model preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor at-risk or struggling students using social-emotional learning strategies.
- Experience with web-based content delivery platforms such as Web Ex.
- Ability to explain difficult topics clearly for student understanding.
- Experience delivering engaging and interactive live (one-to-many) events.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Experience fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Up to 20% travel expected.
Preferred Qualifications
- Terminal degree in marketing or related discipline.
- Professional certifications in marketing or digital marketing.
