• Coordinateorientationandcross-departmentallearningopportunitiestoincludetrainingplans,bypartneringwithdepartmentalpreceptorsandleadership.
• Developandimplementcurriculafortheorganization’semployeeeducationprograms
• Facilitateongoingcompetencyevaluations,developrole-specificcomplianceprograms,andmaintaintrainingdocumentation.
• Providefeedbacktodepartmentleadersontheplanandprogressofneworientees.
• Identifysubject-matter-expertsasneededtodeliverrole-specificeducationalprograms.
• Collaboratewiththe Clinical Training Supervisors and Organ Operations and Surgical Recoverydepartmentalleaders ,todevelopmulti-mediatrainingopportunitiesusingweb-based technologies,in-classlectures,definedrole-specificexperiences,andlabs.
• Managesnewemployeetrainingprocessforthe Organ Operations Departmenttodiscussprogressupdates ,completetrainingfiledocumentation,new employees,andstaffcheckoffs;orschedulefurthereducationincollaborationwithsupervisors,managers,and/ordirectors.
• PartnerwiththeLIFTstaffforthemaintenanceoftrainingfilesanddocumentation,incompliancewithregulatorystandards.
• Monitor,measure,evaluate,andreportondepartmentaltrainingprogrameffectiveness,trainingprogramcontent,andparticipantsatisfaction.
