The Department of Management & Leadership in the
C. T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston seeks qualified applicants for an open rank tenure-track/tenured position, starting in the fall of 2027. We will consider applicants at the Assistant,Associate, and Full level. We are particularly interested inapplicants with expertise in Human Resource Management. Existingand/or strong potential for excellence in both scholarly research and teaching will be crucial for the successful applicant.
All positions at the University of Houston-System are security sensitive and will require a criminal history check. Individuals conducting research in critical infrastructure areas (i.e.,communication infrastructure systems, cybersecurity systems,electric grid, hazardous waste treatment systems, and/or water treatment facilities) are subject to regular review to ensure the security and integrity of the research is maintained.
