Salary: $53,000.00 Annually

Our Gonzales Impact School is a K-12 school that serves students who reside at the Legacy Ranch foster facility. No matter how long they’re with us, every day counts with these students. Every day we work to help children find joy in learning. Instruction is personalized and made relevant for every child.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate
• Open to new ideas in teaching methods
• Ability to adjust and adapt to a multitude of situations in the school environment
• Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
• Strong instructional technology skills
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must have satisfactory outcome of the fingerprinting check before starting employment. Non-refundable fee paid by the employee.

Position & District Information:

• Starting pay for certified Teachers is $53,000
• This position is exempt
• Instructional staff work 190 calendar days
• Special Education certification stipend $1,500 annually
• ESL certification stipend $500 annually
• Employees hired after August 1st will receive prorated pay based on the number of remaining calendar days in the school year.
