Project Manager, Operations Manager, Renewable Energy

We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to streamline our operations, coordinate installations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences from initial contact through project completion.

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of project management experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Proficiency in project management software

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Houston area

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in renewable energy or electrical industry

Knowledge of solar installations and battery systems

Familiarity with Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, and Generac systems

PMP certification or equivalent

Experience with CRM systems
