Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 / hour

A field electrician or Journeyman looking to get into estimating. You are good with people, comfortable collaborating with a team, and enjoy direct client interaction. You love construction and are passionate about creating homes that enhance clients' lives and enjoy working with a team to deliver on that goal.

• Knowledge of the electrical industry with a deep understanding of materials, labor costs, and project management.
• A steady work history (3 years across multiple jobs) with a pleasant disposition and high EQ.

• Cost Estimation:
  Analyze plans, specs, and other documents to help prepare estimates for electrical projects.
• Project Analysis:
  Conduct site visits and work with architects, designers, subcontractors and clients to understand project requirements and specs.
• Learn to use software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Accubid, McCormick Systems, Dtools.
• Scope of Work:
  Document and create project proposals and change orders.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Sales, PMs, architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle to communicate estimates and budget updates.
• Sales Coordination:
  Scheduling, proposal creation/tracking, project folders, CRM status, follow-up.

• Strong knowledge of electrical (NEC), construction, and cost analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of project timelines, customer communication, and bidding process.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• $25 to $35/hr (Based on Experience)
