Overview
Field Technician at Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Sciences Consultants in Houston, Texas. Responsible for conducting field tests, maintaining data files, and communicating with the Project Manager.
Responsibilities- Perform standard field test methods for soil and concrete.
- Maintain field and laboratory data files, reports, and letters.
- Communicate all aspects of field operations to the Project Manager.
- Ensure project documents are neat and orderly.
- Use a nuclear density gauge and related instrumentation.
- Minimum 2 years of soil and concrete testing experience.
- Valid ACI and nuclear gauge certifications required.
- NICET certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, good organizational skills, and strong work ethic.
