Salary: $90,000–$95,000/year + daily per diem

About the RoleJoin a leading solar tracking manufacturer and installation firm as a Solar Construction Manager, where you'll serve as a subject matter expert overseeing large-scale ground mount solar installations across the country. This is a high-impact role for professionals with hands-on experience in utility-scale solar construction and a passion for delivering quality and safety.
What You’ll Do- Lead and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring timely and high-quality installations of solar tracking systems.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, electricians, and labor crews to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and maintain safety compliance.
- Interpret civil, structural, and electrical schematics to support installation workflows.
- Conduct and document safety meetings in alignment with OSHA standards.
- Support project planning including material takeoffs, sequencing, and subcontractor scope reviews.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Provide technical guidance on electrical and mechanical components to field teams.
- 4+ years of experience in utility-scale solar construction, with 2+ years in a leadership role (Superintendent, Lead Foreman, or QC Manager).
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and construction math skills.
- Proven leadership and client relationship management.
- Willingness to travel nationwide up to 100% of the time.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90,000–$95,000/year.
