OT Security Engineer

OT Security Engineer role at AG Solution Group.

A proactive, detail‑oriented OT Security Specialist with a strong analytical mindset and practical, hands‑on experience securing industrial environments. This professional excels at understanding and managing complex, legacy OT infrastructures, and advocates efficient, transparent solutions that ensure secure operations.

• In‑depth knowledge of OT security and networking in industrial environments (SCADA, PLCs, DCS)
• Skilled in analyzing and mapping complex or legacy OT networks
• Hands‑on experience with segmentation and IP (re) numbering of OT networks
• Experienced with risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
• Practical understanding of firewalls, network segmentation, and secure architecture principles
• Understanding of the Purdue model
• Hands‑on experience implementing at least one OT‑firewalling, automated network monitoring, or network restructuring technology
• Proficient in continuous monitoring using SNMP, Net Flow, or similar protocols
• Works cross‑functionally with IT/OT teams to align security with production needs
• Knowledge of Fortinet firewall configuration
• Experience with Active Directory management
• Hands‑on experience with Nozomi Networks solutions (e.g., Guardian) for network traffic analysis, anomaly detection, and asset visibility in industrial/OT environments is a plus
• Cisco certificate is a plus
• Palo Alto firewall configuration is a plus
• Travel required to customer sites during key project phases; flexibility for short‑term international travel is essential
