As a Mechanical Engineer Level I, the individual will work in a fast‑paced engineering environment creating 3D models and assemblies. The engineer should have hands‑on experience applying GD&T as per ASME Y 14.5, tolerance stack‑up analysis, and methods. Follow the client standards and deliver quality files. Knowledge of EPDM check‑in/outs, Data Cards, and ERP exposure is required.

• 3D part modelling of sheet‑metal parts using Solid Works software.
• Create/modify Solid Works and AutoCAD assemblies for parts, drawings, etc.
• Design fabricated components (including enclosures, shafts, frames, castings, and structures) and select components for mechanical and basic electrical parts (design selections and suggestions).
• Create detailed engineering drawings, production drawings, and GA drawings.
• Create new standard parts, kits, and configurable assemblies using Solid Works.
• Solid Works PDM knowledge: adding parts, checking out and checking in parts and assemblies in the PDM environment.
• Apply GD&T as per ASME Y 14.5, tolerance stack‑up analysis, and methods.

• Mechanical Engineer with 4–6 years of experience or Diploma with 5–8 years.
• 4+ years of experience designing subsystems for hydraulic and mechanical equipment.
• Good knowledge of sheet‑metal and metal part thickness ranging from 2 mm to 12 mm.
• Good understanding of various mechanical processes and methods (casting, metal forming, fabrication, metal joining).
• Knowledge and working experience using configurators is advantageous.
• Solid Works PDM knowledge is essential.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical schematics is required.
• Experience working as a team player is required.
• English proficiency: excellent written and oral communication is required.
