Assist in designing tests to ensure the integrity of new and existing designs.
Coordinate testing procedures and criteria with customers to meet expectations.
Perform qualification tests on existing products and generate test data, results, and analysis for products, sending them to appropriate parties.
Provide engineering and technical support to manufacturing and sales teams.
Coordinate directly with customers regarding existing product use feasibility and understand criteria for new designs.
Assist in designing test parameters and coordinating testing activities.
Expedite test reports to relevant parties and assist with disposition of rejected materials and products.
Assist in providing or revising specifications and manufacturing instructions for existing and new products.
Consult with customers to coordinate testing needs and requirements.
Follow all applicable company procedures, work instructions, and safety rules.
Perform other duties as assigned by the R&D General Manager.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assist in designing tests and coordinating procedures with customers.
- Perform qualification tests and generate analysis reports.
- Support manufacturing and sales with engineering expertise.
- Coordinate with customers on product feasibility and design criteria.
- Design and coordinate testing parameters and activities.
- Prepare and expedite test reports.
- Manage disposition of rejected materials and update specifications and instructions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety rules.
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of mechanical product design or manufacturing.
- Strong computer, data acquisition, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to understand and execute instructions effectively.
- Must pass applicable testing requirements.
- Knowledge of Drilling and Completion operations is a plus.
