We’re seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Industrial Automation & Controls Engineer to lead and support advanced automation projects across our cutting-edge Houston facility. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role with strong growth potential in technical or leadership paths.

Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and maintain PLC/HMI control systems
• Drive automation projects using robotics, vision systems, and AI
• Optimize production through advanced controls and data integration
• Lead equipment troubleshooting and predictive maintenance strategies
• Champion safety and compliance across all systems

Qualifications:

• Strong PLC/HMI and automation experience (Profinet/Profibus, sensors, controls)
• Passion for innovation, hands‑on problem solving, and continuous improvement
