We’re seeking a Bilingual Manufacturing Engineer to help lead process improvement and support production excellence at our cutting-edge Houston facility. This is a high-impact role with significant opportunity for technical and leadership growth.
OverviewThis role focuses on leading process improvements, driving production excellence, and supporting automation initiatives in a bilingual (English/Spanish) environment.
Responsibilities- Design and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing
- Support production teams with hands-on engineering guidance
- Drive automation and capital projects (robotics, AI, machine vision)
- Analyze and optimize KPIs and drive efficiency, quality, and safety
- Use CAD tools for system, operations, and facility design
- B.S. in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Systems)
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with lean principles, CAD tools, and CMMS systems
