This is a senior leadership position offering the opportunity to shape project strategy, mentor future talent, and influence major infrastructure and development initiatives across Texas.
What You'll Do- Lead complex geotechnical investigations and provide advanced technical guidance on soil mechanics, foundation design, and earthwork solutions.
- Oversee project execution from proposal through delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and review detailed geotechnical reports, risk assessments, and design recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long‑term relationships and driving business growth.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Contribute to strategic planning and innovation within the geotechnical division.

- Professional Engineer (PE) License - required.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities.
