- Provide field sales technical assistance and product recommendations, including plant surveys, proposal preparation, sales presentations, application testing, and customer/prospect entertainment.
- Apply knowledge of polymer chemistry, polymer uses, and testing procedures.
- Provide expertise to Chem Treat sales representatives in product screening and treatment program selection, application of chosen treatment programs, and troubleshooting to meet the customer’s cost and performance objectives in the chemical/refining and food & beverage sectors.
- Travel throughout the continental U.S. on an average of three days/two nights per week.
- Provide field troubleshooting and technical assistance as required, including problem solving, sales representative on‑site training, operator training, and equipment inspections.
- Bachelor of Arts/Sciences or Master’s degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, or related fields is required.
- Ten+ years of field experience in water and wastewater treatment will be considered as an equivalent to a four‑year degree.
- Five or more years’ experience with a major water treatment company.
The compensation range for this role is $145,000 – $155,000 USD per year. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
