  • Facilitate data handover processes to clients and construction teams, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development of data handover packages, including SPI deliverables, metadata, and documentation.
  • Monitor data quality and implement controls to ensure consistency across systems.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and organize work plans and priorities for assigned team members.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure technical excellence and productivity.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to specify and plan project design systems.
  • Maintain contact with internal and external clients for issue resolution and clarification.
Documentation & Training
  • Identify training needs, develop documentation, and conduct user training sessions.
  • Create solution reference documents including configuration guides and deployment manuals.
  • Monitor systems to ensure reliability and compliance with data standards.
Continuous Improvement & Governance
  • Analyze workflows and recommend software solutions and process improvements.
  • Define and support standards and work practices for efficient project collaboration.
  • Maintain software inventory and manage vendor relationships.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and technologies.
Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Extensive knowledge of Smart Plant Instrumentation and proven experience supporting it from an administrative standpoint.
  • Associate’s degree, or relevant experience in CADD design, computer science, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience supporting multi‑discipline engineering projects with 2D/3D CADD systems.
  • Advanced understanding of EPC lifecycle, engineering workflows, and data management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and influence others diplomatically.
