The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in semiconductors or advanced electronics, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with Six-Sigma Black Belt Certification.

The position is full-time and based in Houston, Texas, with up to 25% travel.
