Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead offshore drilling projects from planning through execution. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of project delivery—balancing safety, schedule, cost, and quality—while working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and partners in a fast‑paced offshore environment.

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of offshore drilling projects, including rig mobilizations, drilling campaigns, and capital upgrades
• Define scope, execution strategy, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and senior leaders
• Own project budgets, forecasts, and resources to ensure financial and operational success
• Champion HSE excellence and ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and company standards
• Serve as the primary client interface, maintaining alignment with contractual and performance expectations
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans to protect outcomes
• Manage scope changes, contract variations, and unforeseen challenges with confidence and commercial awareness
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams (drilling, engineering, maintenance, logistics, supply chain)
• Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring accountability to performance and delivery standards
• Provide clear, timely reporting on project status, risks, and performance to senior leadership
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across future projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8–12 years of experience delivering offshore drilling, oil & gas, or large‑scale industrial projects
• Strong understanding of offshore drilling operations, rig mobilizations, and asset integrity
• Experience managing complex budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, or similar
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
