We are seeking a talented and motivated Structural Engineer with 5 to 10 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the analysis and design of structural systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. This role involves working closely with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver safe, efficient, and buildable structural designs.
E.I.T certification is required; P.E. license is preferred.
- Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure using steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.
- Prepare engineering calculations, design reports, structural drawings, and specifications.
- Review and seal drawings (if licensed) and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated design solutions.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and field assessments to support project development and construction.
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and provide timely engineering responses.
- Assist with project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling tasks.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering;
Master’s degree a plus. - 5‑10 years of structural engineering experience in building design.
- E.I.T certification required; P.E. license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, etc.).
- Proficiency with structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, RISA, SAP
2000, RAM, STAAD). - Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
