HIRING!!! Electrical Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Test Engineer to support the testing of new products and changes to existing designs. This role focuses on designing, executing, and analyzing test strategies for electronic components and systems to ensure quality, performance, and reliability across the product lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while collaborating closely with development and manufacturing teams to improve test coverage and efficiency—from incremental test improvements to highly complex automated test systems.

- In Person Monday - Friday
- Develop and execute comprehensive electrical test strategies for PCBA and system-level testing
- Balance test coverage, D/PFMEA fault detection, and cycle time efficiency
- Partner with development teams to design testability into products
- Create test strategies, documentation, and troubleshooting guidelines
- Design and implement end-to-end fault detection strategies including:
- AOI, ICT, FVT, system testing, BIST, and ORT
- Develop and maintain automated test solutions for PCBA and unit testing
- Support RF and cellular test strategies
- Analyze test data and recommend improvements to increase quality and reliability
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Hands‑on experience analyzing and devising manufacturing test strategies
- Strong understanding of D/PFMEA and fault detection methodologies
- Experience with automated test development using:
- C++, C#, Python, and/or LabVIEW
- Knowledge of RF and cellular test methodologies
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and system‑level issues
- Strong communication and documentation skills
