New Age Cryo is seeking a Hydroblasting Automation Specialist / Training Lead to lead deployment, optimization, and training of automated hydroblasting systems across industrial and ethanol plant operations. This senior‑level role focuses on improving safety, increasing productivity, and developing field crews as demand for automated solutions continues to grow.

• Operate, deploy, and optimize automated hydroblasting equipment, including tube cleaners, vessel crawlers, and remote‑controlled systems.
• Evaluate job scopes and identify opportunities to replace or reduce manual blasting with automation.
• Train, certify, and mentor field crews on automation setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Promote automation as a primary safety improvement tool and ensure OSHA, site, and company safety compliance.
• Support plant walkthroughs, shutdown planning, and customer education.
• Assist operations and sales teams with automation feasibility reviews and job planning.

• Strong background in industrial hydroblasting (ethanol plant experience preferred)
• Proven experience with hydroblasting automation equipment
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor field crews
• Strong safety mindset and leadership presence
• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to travel to job sites and shutdowns
• Willing to relocate to either Fairmont, MN area or Ringwood, IL area

• Ethanol plants, refineries, or heavy industrial facilities
• Automated exchanger, tank, and vessel cleaning
• High‑pressure pumping systems (20k–40k psi)
• Confined space and outage environments
