We are partnered with a global energy and industrial solutions organization focused on developing environmentally responsible technologies that support water treatment, recycling, and desalination operations. This role supports process design, optimization, and execution across multiple water treatment facilities, with a strong emphasis on produced water, frac water recycling, and desalination systems.

The Process Engineer will work closely with operations, automation, and field teams to improve system performance, develop process documentation, and support scalable, data‑driven decision‑making across multiple sites.

• Develop and maintain process documentation including P&IDs, process flow diagrams, heat and mass balances, and hazard analyses
• Utilize CAD and modeling software to support facility design and process improvements
• Produce process simulations, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation
• Apply process optimization techniques, Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis
• Support automation efforts, including integration with sensors and SCADA systems
• Track, analyze, and report operational KPIs to support continuous improvement
• Support water treatment operations related to frac water recycling and desalination
• Apply working knowledge of produced water treatment, recycling technologies, and general oil & gas water management (preferred)
• Demonstrate strong understanding of DAF recycle facilities
• Log, organize, and present operational and process data accurately and on time
• Manage tasks independently while supporting multiple projects across different locations

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical discipline

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility design and water treatment or recycling operations
• Experience in process optimization and performance improvement initiatives

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
