Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Commissioning Engineer to join our team. In this role you will support the commissioning of our electrolysis technologies, gaining hands‑on experience in assembly, production processes, and project commissioning while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support supervision of the cell assembly process and commissioning for chlorine alkali and green hydrogen technologies, including necessary documentation.
- Assist in the development of inspection specifications, procedure setup, and supply‑chain processes.
- Participate in commissioning activities for new projects, ensuring systems are tested and operational.
- Support budget tracking, CAPEX/OPEX reporting, and operational planning for commissioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality, performance, and timely delivery of equipment and service.
- Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge and learning from experienced engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Process or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Internship or co‑op experience in manufacturing, production, or commissioning is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team projects.
- Willingness to travel for project support as needed (expected travel 30 % of time).
- Must have a driver’s license.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to visit plant sites on special occasions.
