Main Function

NEW PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION: Follow all customer daily NPI updates and lead the implementation process for the existing system. Participate in weekly calls and provide technical instructions for harmonized implementation.

MASS PRODUCTION: Oversee product BOMs and manage daily engineering operations. Lead the implementation and operation of processes and delegate participation in problem‑solving meetings, coordinating with other departments.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Support the ECO implementation system by coordinating all engineering changes in volume manufacturing, reviewing and controlling documents with the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities (Including but Not Limited to…)

TECHNICAL LIAISON: Manage the customer relationship for technical matters, review technical requirements, and harmonize engineering activity.

QUOTATIONS: Analyze all RFQ information, ensure accurate data, and approve RFQ preparations before release.

BOM: Maintain accurate BOMs in SAP, ensuring up‑to‑date information and “ready to build” status.

TEAMWORK: Facilitate cross‑functional teamwork, communicate technical issues clearly, and motivate individuals toward group goals.

PRODUCTION SUPPORT: Serve as the first point of contact for manufacturing issues, support root‑cause analysis, and find system‑level solutions.

NPI: Coordinate introduction of new products into manufacturing, manage tools, equipment, training, staffing, materials, and documentation.

SFC: Lead and manage all SFC tool functions, specifying new requests for product implementation or process updates.

Job Specification & Qualification / Experience

POSITIVE, professional demeanor and acceptable behavior.
Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
At least 5 years of engineering experience, preferably in high‑volume electronics manufacturing; customer liaison experience an advantage.
Clean driving license and current full passport.
Experience in Electronic Manufacturing processes.

Primary Skills

Degree in Electronics, Mechanics, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in Electronic Manufacturing processes.
Rigorous and self‑organised.
Fluent English.
Flexible and available regarding working schedule.
Proficient in root‑cause analysis and applying a systems‑level approach to problem solving.

Secondary Skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
