Test Engineering Technician - Nights (6 p.m. to 3 a.m.)

Join our team as a Test Engineering Technician working night shifts (6 p.m. to 3 a.m.). You will perform testing and troubleshoot products to ensure production and quality standards are met.

• Perform testing and final level debugging for production.
• Troubleshoot and repair failures; diagnose root cause and recommend corrective action.
• Responsible for procurement, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of test equipment.
• Assist Test Engineers with NPI test station setup and other processes including modeling, pre‑pilot, and pilot runs.
• Train Repair Technicians and Testers on new and existing testing procedures and product troubleshooting.
• Analyze test correlation of RMA fallout and work with vendors to follow up with FA results.
• Report ORT and RDT and elevate issues to Test Engineers.
• Monitor and maintain testing station performance.
• May rework products as a result of testing issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hands‑on experience in computer hardware repair, troubleshooting, and installation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of general programming languages such as C/C++, Perl, Java, and LabVIEW is preferred.
• Strong customer service/satisfaction attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work nights (6 p.m. to 3 a.m.).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred;
  Associate’s degree with 2 years of manufacturing test experience considered.
• 2 years of manufacturing test experience preferred.
• 3+ years of software/test development experience preferred.
• Experience with network product installation (routers, switches) is a plus.
