Registered Land Surveyor – Audubon Companies

Audubon is currently seeking a Registered Land Surveyor to join our team. Candidates must hold a Registered or Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS/PLS) status in at least one of the following states:
Arkansas, Missouri, North Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. The RPLS/PLS will manage, plan, schedule, and oversee multiple survey projects and personnel.

• Apply sound survey principles in planning, evaluating, and completing survey projects.
• Review, approve, and oversee field measurements.
• Assist with the preparation of survey documents.
• Direct field surveys for scheduling or quality control purposes.

• A.S. or B.S. Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Registered or Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS/RPLS) status in required states.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience performing boundary, topographic, pipeline and control surveys.
• Minimum 2+ years as a Registered or Licensed Professional Land Surveyor.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Trimble survey equipment and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Some travel may be required.

Location:

Houston, TX

Salary Range: $115,000–$130,000 per year.
