Overview
Construction Administration Project Coordinator role s role supports architectural projects during the construction phase with on-site coordination and communication among consultants, clients, contractors, and staff.
Your RoleAs a Construction Administration Project Coordinator
, you will execute architectural projects during construction and provide on-site support, coordination, and communication. You are proactive, detail oriented, and professional. You will be viewed as a project delivery expert with authority on topics including BIM standards, PMO logistics/support, project startups/procedures, meeting coordination, field reports, and sustainability.
- Provide day-to-day coordination and communication support to project teams during construction
- Manage workload, prioritize work, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication and timely deliverables
- Support Construction Administration (CA) phase including documentation, RFIs, QA/QC coordination, and submittals
- On-site project management support with frequent travel to different sites
- Organize and maintain document control, records, and file structures
- Prepare professional-quality documents and correspondence
- Upload and download items in Procore
- Assist with project closeout and field reports
- Attend OAC meetings and architectural punch walks; assist in generating punch lists
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- 8+ years of on-site Construction Administration experience supporting large complex projects
- Critical Facilities/Data Center experience preferred
- Registered Architect preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and design team communications
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, consultants & staff
- Familiarity with working with a variety of jurisdictions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional and with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience with Procore, Project Schedule, Newforma, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this role due to security clearance
- Sustainability/LEED Certification preferred

TravelThis position requires regular out-of-state travel to provide on-site support for construction execution.
