What You Will Do- Lead a technical staff in multiple offices, promote growth of the team and individual members.
- Plan and schedule key resources on watershed studies and stormwater design projects.
- Direct and delegate technical tasks associated with H&H modeling projects.
- Provide quality control of H&H deliverables and resolve conflict within the team.
- Mentor and coach direct reports, coordinate with Project Managers to balance workload.
- Post job requisitions, interview, hire technical team members.
- Work closely with Utilities Market personnel to develop fee estimates for bids and proposals, including staffing projections and detailed pricing calculations within Microsoft Excel.
- 10+ years professional experience.
- Experience in personnel management.
- Strong technical expertise in hydrology/hydraulics and stormwater management.
- Proficiency with H&H modeling software (HEC‑HMS, HEC‑RAS, ICM, PC‑SWMM, XP‑SWMM).
- Experience with water/wastewater modeling or design preferred.
- Ability to take responsibility for, organize, and manage project tasks; writing proposals and project budgeting preferred.
- Desire for personal leadership development.
- Detail oriented, focus on quality control and data management.
- Must possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
- Experience with Civil 3D and development of design plansets preferred.

Base pay may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Range: $112,960 - $169,440 USD.
