General Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce construction plans, exhibits, reports, tables, etc., as requested by the client. Be responsible for daily operations and deliverables necessary for developing single-family residential and commercial projects.
• Use advanced techniques, theory, precepts, and practices in a specialized engineering field and related sciences.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct large or multiple smaller engineering projects with complex features.
• Interact with clients and other consultants, requiring good communication skills.

Required Education/Licenses:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas

Required Experience:

• 4-10 years of land development experience in Houston, TX
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships

• Mid-Senior level
