As a Project Manager in our Houston office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

In this role, you will:

• Lead major projects and develop client relationships.
• Deliver projects according to client needs and budget.
• Lead concept development of building systems.
• Guide a team of engineers from project conception through occupancy.
• Participate in project interviews and provide high-level client service.
• Establish long-term partnerships, stay current with market trends, and ensure resolution of all technical and service issues.

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional engineering registration.
• 10+ years in a consulting environment designing building systems or leading design projects across MEP disciplines.
• Experience managing large and complex projects for healthcare, laboratory, infrastructure, higher education, industrial, or R&D facilities.
• Demonstrated leadership on projects and with staff.
• Strong history of very satisfied clients.

• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Quick technical comprehension and a focus on client outcomes.
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work effectively individually and within team environments.
