Responsibilities- Assisting with project management duties
- Participate on a team of engineers and drafters working on infrastructure projects
- Perform engineering calculations, designs, cost estimates, and specifications
- Engage in planning and public meetings
- Prepare and participate in client presentations
- Assist in developing plans and reports; and
- Mentor and direct entry-level engineers and drafters
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. is a strong plus)
- P.E. in Texas (DOT & municipal experience a plus)
- 4+ years of experience in engineering design
- Excellent skill in use of current versions of Microstation and/or AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power point) skill
- Sound technical design background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great client service capability is a must, as are technical specializations and proactivity
