Senior Civil Engineer

Omni Force Solutions is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil and structural engineering efforts on complex projects. This role involves hands‑on design, project leadership, and collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality engineering solutions safely, on time, and within budget.

• Lead civil/structural design for equipment, components, structures, and systems
• Prepare and review engineering specifications, calculations, sketches, and analysis models
• Review and approve vendor drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
• Manage discipline‑specific schedules, budgets, and man‑hour forecasts
• Conduct site visits and vendor inspections to verify project requirements
• Prepare purchase requisitions, bid packages, and bid evaluations
• Support development of internal design standards and procedures
• Resolve design and construction challenges using sound engineering judgment
• Serve as Engineer in Responsible Charge (ERC) and apply PE sealing as required
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred); ABET‑accredited degree preferred
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 5+ years of civil/structural engineering experience
• Experience leading medium to large, multi‑discipline projects preferred
• Field experience and vendor coordination experience preferred
• Working knowledge of civil/structural design codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC, etc.)
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage projects from concept through completion
