We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Water / Wastewater Process Engineer to join our team in Houston, Texas
. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater process design, with a strong emphasis on treatment processes. This role involves leading the design and implementation of advanced water treatment systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions for our clients.

• Process Design
  :
  Lead the design and development of water and wastewater treatment processes, including raw water pump stations, coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, ozone treatment, filtration, and chemical systems.
• Project Leadership
  :
  Manage and oversee engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Technical Expertise
  :
  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Regulatory Compliance
  :
  Ensure all designs and processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Client Engagement
  :
  Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
• Innovation
  :
  Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

• Experience
  : 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater process design, with a strong preference for water treatment expertise.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency in designing raw water pump stations, coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, ozone treatment, filtration, chemical metering pumps, transfer pumps, and chloramine systems.
• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Certifications
  :
  Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Software Proficiency
  :
  
  Experience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Water
  
  CAD, or equivalent tools.
• Communication Skills
  :
  Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving
  :
  Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions.

• Water Experience
  :
  Extensive experience in water treatment processes is highly preferred.
• Leadership
  :
  Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
• Sustainability Focus
  :
  Knowledge of sustainable engineering practices and environmental impact reduction.
