• Lead and manage the engineering department, setting strategic goals and ensuring seamless operations.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of all technical systems and equipment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met across all engineering activities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement technical strategies that support company objectives.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation for engineering projects.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on engineering activities and performance.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to engineering staff, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

• Valid US Coast Guard Medical
• Must hold a valid US passport and TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
