We are hiring immediately for an Avionics Technician
.

• Functional Testing
  :
  Isolate and repair avionics system issues based on customer complaints, following FAA procedures
• Problem Diagnosis
  :
  Analyze in-flight data and customer feedback to diagnose and correct issues
• Troubleshooting
  :
  Identify and resolve defects in units or wiring discrepancies
• Component Replacement
  :
  Replace defective units, repair wiring, and modify aircraft as needed
• Flight Testing
  :
  Accompany pilots to conduct functional tests on repaired or aligned systems as needed
• Instruction Compliance
  :
  Perform duties based on aircraft orders, wiring diagrams, and both oral and written instructions

• A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level Work Keys certification is required
• A minimum 2 years experience in aircraft avionics system troubleshooting and repair is required
• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification is helpful
• Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority, if applicable, is required
