Direct Hire; up to 185K + bonus

Midland or Houston

Field-based experience a must

• Develop and implement asset reliability and maintenance strategies; conduct reliability studies and risk assessments; maintain and improve Maximo
• Verify preventative maintenance tasks are conducted on time and prompt actions are taken to rectify corrective maintenance tasks and procedures
• Manage spare part inventory
• Ensure run times of facilities are tracked and implement ideas to improve; collaborate in root cause failure analysis
• Collaborate with capital project manager for design changes after repeated failure of equipment
• Provide technical support for operations and maintenance activities
• Manage execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Prepare reports on asset performance and reliability metrics
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and projects
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Manage and maintain timecards of direct reports; verify timesheets are reviewed and approved timely and in compliance; participate in performance management, hiring, development, and disciplinary processes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering;
  Mechanical or Chemical highly preferred
• 15 years’ exp. including supervisory in asset reliability preferred; 10 years of relevant oil and gas exp. with 5 years of asset reliability focus required
• Equipment knowledgeable with saltwater disposal wells (pumps, tanks, etc.) and asset reliability platforms
• Strong organization, planning, and time-management; strong communication skills with all levels; adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office Suite;
  Maximo skills highly preferred
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong critical and analytic skills
