Salary: $125,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects focused on improving quality, reducing waste, and increasing process efficiency across diverse production and operational areas.
- Analyze complex data sets to pinpoint performance gaps, root causes, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Use Lean methodologies and Six Sigma tools to streamline workflows and enhance product reliability.
- Mentor and coach Green Belts and project team members to strengthen organizational CI capability.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and cross‑functional improvement meetings.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure success and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to align initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Deliver clear presentations and reports that communicate progress and ROI to stakeholders.
Experience Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience driving process improvement projects in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Proven record leading cross‑functional initiatives that reduce defects and increase efficiency.
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills (Excel, Minitab, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities—able to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and 5S.
- Experience with project management and data‑driven decision‑making.
