** Technical Sales Manager
** We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join our Pearland (Houston) team!

As our Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for bringing in new sales, and maintaining current customers at our Surface Technologies facilities specializing in Thermal Spray coatings.
** Location Pearland (Houston), TX
** Salary: $125,000-$145,000 + bonus

*** Plan, organize, and develop sales strategies for company markets that will produce optimum profitability (40%)
* Maintains and cultivates existing key accounts by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships and maintaining personal contact with top echelon (key) customers and internal/external customers alike, in support of meeting and/or exceeding targeted business goals (40%)
* Monitors and evaluates market and industry trends through professional networking and participation in conferences/seminars/research organizations relevant to the business. Provides market and voice of customer insight to support development of technology roadmaps and innovation projects, ensuring CW and customer technology roadmaps remain aligned. Develops and provides internal training and seminars on technology topics, ensuring the effective use of any sales accountability programs/platforms utilized by the Division.

** What You Bring
*** In-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold, including technical specifications and applications
* Proven experience in sales, ideally in a technical or engineering environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Excellent ability to quickly understand and identify technical and business opportunities.
* Solid computer skills experience with Microsoft applications.
* 5-7 years of Sales experience

Preferred:
* HVOF or coating experience is preferred
