Tube Tech Maintenance Lead

Position: TUBE TECH MAINTENANCE LEAD
Join a team where innovation meets execution. IGS is looking for a driven Tube Tech Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance, performance, and reliability of our advanced Tube Tech equipment. You'll be at the heart of our operations - ensuring projects run smoothly, equipment stays mission-ready, and teams are supported every step of the way. General Purpose of the Position:

The Tube Tech Maintenance Lead coordinates and performs multiple tasks in support of product management and field execution. The Tube Tech Maintenance Lead will be responsible for all Tube Tech equipment maintenance and ordering of all parts and materials. The Tube Tech Maintenance Lead will from time to time assist BD/Project Engineer in site walks to develop game plans with the Operational Team for execution of projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage time and tasks across all supporting functions
• Attention to detail in scope clarification, project equipment requirements and customer expectations
• Conduct is always professional through adherence of the use of IGS Values (the IGS Way)
• Performs all reporting and administrative tasks in an expedient and accurate manner
• Demonstrate a strong "customer service" attitude regarding communication and project completion through balanced updates and maximization of productivity
• Technical:
• Ensure all Tube Tech processes and procedures are followed Safely and efficiently
• Define project equipment needs based off technical drawings of client equipment and general layout diagrams
• Ensure the maintenance of all Tube Tech equipment and vehicle fleet is up to date. This includes preventative, repair and post project Maintenance
• Maintain safety credentials to be able to access Oil and Gas facilities
• Equipment Management:
• Support field personnel with technical queries and equipment support requirements during project execution
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers on parts
• Communicate execution plan and daily status with Workshop Manager on a day-to-day basis. Plans should include project preparation, equipment red tagged repair plan, maintenance schedules and any other projects as needed
• Daily Operations:
• Provide timely and accurate updates on equipment status
• Contribute in Bid Reviews and IHOMs on equipment requirements and current status, requirements
• Attend lessons learned meetings post project in order to identify solutions and ensure allocated action items are addressed and closed out
• Ensure vendor relationships are upheld to IGS standards

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Must have mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to master Tube Tech product line
• Be able to communicate in a clear concise and professional manner with all internal and external stakeholders
• Must be fully familiar with existing safety, quality, process improvement, and estimating procedures
• Must work independently and display good judgement
• Ability to maintain positive and cooperative working relationships internally and externally
• Must be comfortable with customer contact to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite of products
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, maps, plots, charts, plans, blueprints and/or schematics
