* 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or product management within advanced materials, manufacturing, or energy-related industries.
* Willingness and competency to support industrial trials and customer onboarding is a must.
* Strong understanding of materials technology and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable commercial opportunities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to exploring new markets.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* An ideal candidate would have experience with metal coatings, electroplating in industrial applications, and some metallurgy knowledge.
* Able to understand and communicate the value of these improvements to the customer and provide proposals and economic recommendations for implementation.
* Job history with industrial electroplating companies or industrial equipment manufacturers would be desirable.
* An ideal candidate would have industry relationships (electroplating or industrial equipment manufacturers), understanding of supply chain entry points for our technology, and a good understanding of the industry tradeshow landscape.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or Business Administration.
* Experience in graphene, composites, or nanomaterial markets.
* Prior success in launching or scaling new technology-based products.
* Familiarity with sustainability, decarbonization, or energy transition initiatives.
