Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. designs and fabricates high quality Pressure Vessels and Heat Transfer Equipment for the power generation and process industries worldwide. Position is responsible for leading Aftermarket proposal efforts to support TEi’s bookings and margin objectives. The range of the Aftermarket Specialist encompasses the full breadth of TEi product lines including Condensers, Feedwater Heaters, Moisture Separator Reheaters, Finned Coolers, Process / Power Heat Exchangers and Fired Heaters.

Develop and maintain successful relationships with customers through business development, proposals, and marketing campaigns.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years relevant Sales, Project, or Proposal Experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond quickly to problems.
• Must be organized and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The base pay range for this Aftermarket Specialist position is $85,000- $115,000 annually.
