- 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or product management within advanced materials, manufacturing, or energy-related industries.
- Willingness and competency to support industrial trials and customer onboarding is a must.
- Strong understanding of materials technology and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable commercial opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to exploring new markets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- An ideal candidate would have a broad understanding of oilfield services, but concentrated experience with fluids, downhole equipment, completions, and production processes.
- Work experience with drilling fluid companies would be desirable.
- The ideal candidate would understand the economics and technical benefits of additives within these application areas and provide guidance of commercial proposals and the economic value of our offering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or Business Administration.
- Experience in graphene, composites, or nanomaterial markets.
- Prior success in launching or scaling new technology-based products.
- Familiarity with sustainability, decarbonization, or energy transition initiatives.
- Experience in proposal development, customer engagement, and technical marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for both technical and commercial audiences.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment.
