The Scheduler will:

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules using MS Project and/or Smartsheet.
  • Collaborate with customer, project managers, project engineers, and test engineers to define task sequences, dependencies, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with team members on a regular basis to gather scheduling updates and ensure alignment with project timeline
  • Support planning and execution of risk mitigation projects and test campaigns.
  • Identify schedule risks, perform critical path analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver clear, actionable schedule reports and visualizations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure alignment with NASA/JSC project and program milestones.​

Requisition Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including resource leveling, baselining, and custom reporting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Requisition Preferences:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical scheduling, project management, or test operations.
  • ​Familiar with Johnson Space Center (JSC) organizations, processes, and procedures
  • Prior experience working with Space Suits or other areas of Human Spaceflight
  • Background in aerospace, systems engineering, or test environments.​
