About the Role:
The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing engineering projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, and overseeing documentation. You’ll work closely with a team of engineers, ensuring projects meet technical standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project design, documentation, and budget management.
• Prepare design computations, construction documents, and cost estimates.
• Oversee project quality, schedule, and staff coordination.
• Monitor work progress and ensure all project documents are organized.
• Attend client and public meetings as needed and maintain strong relationships.
• Assist with contract administration, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Conduct field visits to ensure projects are on track and meet contractual requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an approved equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• EIT license required; PE or SE preferred or a path to licensure.
• Strong leadership skills and a positive work attitude.
