We have a new opportunity for a Technical Master Scheduler - NASA/JSC Flight Projects to join the team with Barrios, a teammate company that will lead the development and management of integrated projects schedules supporting NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) flight programs.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in project execution or test operations, especially within the NASA/JSC environment and deep expertise in Microsoft Project.

ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Master Scheduler - NASA/JSC Flight Projects will:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules using MS Project
- Collaborate with project managers, subsystem leads, and test engineers to define task sequences, dependencies, and resource allocations
- Support planning and execution of hardware development, integration, and test campaigns
- Identify schedule risks, perform critical path analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Deliver clear, actionable schedule reports and visualizations to stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure alignment with NASA/JSC program milestones, mission timelines, and configuration control processes

Required Education/Experience/
Skills:
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- 3+ years of experience in technical scheduling, project management, or test operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including resource leveling, base-lining, and custom reporting
- Familiarity with NASA/JSC flight hardware development, testing, or mission operations
- Strong understanding of waterfall scheduling methodologies and integrated master scheduling principles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Education/Experience/
Skills:
- Experience working in or alongside Agile teams
- Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
- Background in aerospace, systems engineering, or test integration environments
