- Lead project teams through conceptual design, procurement, and construction support for substation, distribution, and transmission line projects, with a primary focus on 69kV and above.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes for services and EPC work.
- Mentor and train engineers assigned to active projects, providing day‑to‑day technical oversight, performance feedback and skill development, especially in PLS‑CADD and related tools.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally looking for 10+ years.
- Structural engineer, as most of the work is structural focused.
- PLS‑CADD is a MUST HAVE; must have experience modeling in this tool and rate themselves 8/10 or higher.
- Willing to continue doing PLS‑CADD work while leading teams; need to be technical as they will be a doer and a leader.
- Primarily structural (civil) engineering, approximately 90% of the role covering foundations, framing (steel, concrete, wood), and materials.
- Must be experienced with 69kV and higher.
