Project Coordinator

Job Overview

Growing Maritime client looking for a Project Coordinator to support Independent Third-Party (I3P) certification projects. This role spans from proposal development through final deliverables, ensuring compliance with established procedures and client requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with Program Managers globally.

This is a contract role with a hybrid schedule, offering exposure to engineering-related projects and certification processes. Prior engineering industry experience and an associate degree in engineering are preferred, but junior candidates eager to learn and grow will also be considered.

• Coordinate certification projects, including design review, inspection, and issuance of deliverables (I3P Design Review Certificate, Statement of Compliance, Certificate of Conformance).
• Support Program Managers in preparing proposals and project documentation.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, billing, and project records.
• Assist in communicating project status and requirements to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Maintain quality records.
• Organize and file NDAs, contracts, purchase orders, and other confidential documents.
• Ensure personnel training and certification records remain current.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent command of English (oral and written).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Associate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Marine, Electrical) or related discipline preferred.
• Engineering industry exposure is a plus; fresh graduates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn will be considered.
