Overview
CMT Technical Services is a Utah based materials engineering company looking to add an Experienced Field Technician to work in our Houston office. Candidates must have a solid understanding and depth of knowledge of field testing and reporting processes. Must be able to competently test per ASTM and AASHTO standards per state requirements for field testing of concrete, soil, aggregate, and asphalt in compliance with ACI, HMAC, and or NICET certifications.
PreferredCertifications
- American Concrete Institute (ACI) certifications:
Field 1 - HMAC Level 1A, 1B, AGG 101
- HMAC SB101, SB102, SB103
- NICET
- 2 + years of related work experience
- Proficient in materials testing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively in teams
- Ability to obtain certifications
- Familiar and comfortable working in Microsoft Office
