Base pay range$95,000.00/yr - $/yr

I'm working with a well-established civil engineering firm in Houston that is seeking a Water Wastewater Engineer to join their growing municipal infrastructure team. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to work on a wide range of water and wastewater treatment and pump station projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support multidisciplinary teams in the preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for water treatment, wastewater treatment, and pump station projects
- Assist with facility assessments and design efforts, including design calculations, process and hydraulic modeling, and equipment selection and sizing
- Prepare design and construction documents and support construction phase services, both in the office and in the field
- Assist with project coordination, including task management, scheduling, budgeting, and client interaction
- Support and mentor junior and technical staff as part of project teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 4 or more years of experience in municipal water and wastewater facilities design
- Experience with water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or related infrastructure
- Texas EIT or PE license, or ability to obtain Texas PE licensure within 12 months of hire
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Experience with process modeling tools such as Bio Win, Sumo, or GPS X
- Exposure to proposal support and client presentations
- Interest in continued technical growth and expanded project responsibility
- Exposure to meaningful municipal water and wastewater projects
- Collaborative team environment with clear growth opportunities
