The Production Planning Manager leads production planning and control for an assigned value stream in gas turbine manufacturing — converting demand into a sequenced, executable, capacity‑feasible schedule and leading the planning and scheduling team that delivers it. The role owns the published schedule and its commitments, the demonstrated‑capacity model, material flow to the schedule, and the master data and transaction discipline an enterprise ERP depends on — running disciplined planning with today’s tools and system‑based Master Planning (MRP) as the system of record after go‑live.

Success in this role is a value stream that delivers to schedule: adherence measured and improving, shortages escalated before impact rather than expedited around, and a team developed into system‑fluent planning professionals. This position leads the GTM Repair and Overhaul value stream at our Houston depot and aero repair facility.

• Own the daily and weekly production schedule for repair and overhaul work centers — sequencing engine inductions through disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly against turnaround-time (TAT) commitments — delegating daily engine and cell-level sequencing to the production scheduler while retaining ownership of the published schedule and its commitments; run ERP-based Master Planning (MRP) as the system of record after go-live.
